1. Account & Shopify Platform

• Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a dresser order) to avoid delivery delays—bulky furniture requires precise coordinates.
• Platform Rules: Our store runs on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended nightstand purchases).

2. Orders & Payment

• Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., modern dressers, LED table lamps) and check item condition (e.g., rug fabric, lamp glass) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
• Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes taxes/delivery surcharges for Alaska/Hawaii). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
• Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 7% fee (covers heavy-duty packaging for furniture and order processing costs).

3. Products & Shipping

• Specifications: Product details (size, material, features—e.g., dresser drawer count, lamp brightness levels) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., rug dye shades, nightstand wood tone) are normal due to production batches.
• Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Mansfield hub (150 N Main St, Mansfield, PA, 16933) is not for delivery. A $18 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses (higher for large furniture: $28 for dressers).

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unassembled for furniture, original packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., cracked lamp shades, broken dresser drawers, frayed rug edges).
• Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed rug size needs), you pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (covers item inspection, repackaging—processed via Shopify Refunds).
• Ineligible Items: Used products (scratched nightstands, stained rugs), assembled dressers, or lamps with damaged glass—refused.

5. Liability & Updates

• Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty dresser drawer glides) but not for damage from improper use (e.g., lamp glass breakage from mishandling) or normal wear (e.g., rug fabric fading over time). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
• Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms by DOM INIQUEMORALES TRADE LLC.
