1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Process Steps
- Request: Email zlv484@sina.com with your Shopify order number, item type (e.g., wooden dresser), reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof (e.g., photos of a dented nightstand).
- Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Mansfield hub: 150 N Main St, Mansfield, PA, 16933) and unique return ID.
- Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Secure dressers/nightstands with foam padding; wrap lamps in bubble wrap; roll rugs tightly (use moisture-proof bags).
- Finalization: Inspection takes 3-5 days (focuses on part completeness and damage checks). Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process via Shopify Payments in 3-5 business days.
3. Fee Details
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $25 / £20 via logistics receipt—higher for large dressers: up to $35).
- Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (covers item inspection, repackaging, and part checks).
- Ineligible Items: Used products (scratched dressers, stained rugs), assembled nightstands, or lamps with broken glass—refused, you bear return shipping costs.
