Q: What materials are your dressers made of?

A: Most dressers use solid wood or high-quality MDF (smooth, durable surfaces) with metal drawer glides for easy opening. Exact materials (e.g., oak, pine) are listed on Shopify product pages.

Q: Do the table lamps include light bulbs?

A: Yes! All lamps come with a compatible LED bulb (warm white, energy-saving). Bulb wattage and replacement tips are noted on Shopify.

Q: Are the rugs suitable for hardwood floors?

A: Absolutely—all rugs have non-slip rubber backing to protect hardwood floors and prevent sliding. For extra grip, a rug pad is recommended (not included).

Q: How to clean dresser surfaces without damage?

A: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap (avoid harsh cleaners like bleach). Dry immediately to prevent water stains—especially for wood dressers.

A: We ship from 150 N Main St, Mansfield, PA, 16933. 3-5 business days (U.S. standard); 5-7 days (Alaska/Hawaii). Bulky dressers may take 1 extra day.

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: Yes—free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (applies to dressers, nightstands, lamps, rugs).

4. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my lamp arrives with a cracked shade?

A: Email zlv484@sina.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll ship a replacement shade for free or process a full refund via Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I return a rug if it’s the wrong size?

A: Yes—within 30 days, as long as it’s unused (no stains, unrolled) and in original packaging. You pay return shipping, and we’ll refund minus a 6% restocking fee.

Q: Do you offer matching bedroom sets (e.g., dresser + nightstand)?

A: Yes! Look for “Bedroom Collections” on Shopify—coordinated sets in the same material/color (e.g., white wood, natural oak) for a unified look.
