This policy applies to shipping for our dressers, nightstands, table lamps, and rugs (sold via our Shopify store). For support, use the contact details below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). Remote rural areas may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable (common for large items like dressers).
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Mansfield facility (150 N Main St, Mansfield, PA, 16933) or partner warehouses.
- Timeline: 3-5 business days (standard delivery, contiguous U.S.); 5-7 business days (Alaska/Hawaii). Bulky items (dressers/nightstands) or fragile lamps may take 1 extra day for safe handling.
- Protective Packaging: Dressers/nightstands: Foam corner guards + thick cardboard (prevents frame scratches); Table lamps: Bubble wrap + rigid boxes (secures glass shades/bulbs); Rugs: Moisture-proof bags + rolled packaging (avoids creases).
3. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (applies to all items: dressers, nightstands, lamps, rugs).
- Orders under $100: $8.99 (standard, contiguous U.S.); $15.99 (Alaska/Hawaii). Extra $12 fee for fragile lamps (covers specialized packaging).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries or damaged items (e.g., cracked lamp shades, scratched dressers), email zlv484@sina.com with photos (include order number/item name).
5. Key Notes
- Delivery Appointments: For large dressers/nightstands, carriers may contact you to schedule delivery—provide a reachable phone number at checkout.
- Address Accuracy: Double-check details. Wrong addresses cause delays—$18 re-shipping fee applies (higher for large furniture: $25).
